We are sorry to hear you are having a problem on the property and will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. After submitting your repair request, the request will be prioritized and will be assigned to an appropriate vendor. Depending on the nature of your request depends on how soon a vendor will contact you to schedule an appointment. All maintenance requests must be submitted through your Tenant Portal during standard business hours (M-F: 9am-5pm PST). Once you’ve logged in to your Tenant Portal, follow the prompts to submit your maintenance request. Please be advised, according to the terms and conditions of your rental agreement, tenant may be responsible for charge-back costs of maintenance.
