Why Should I Hire A Property Manager?
If you lack the time or expertise needed for day-
Do You Get My Approval Before Doing Maintenance Work?
Absolutely! Together we decide a spending cap on day to day maintenance expenses. Before spending anything above the cap you get a phone call or a letter explaining the problem, the solution, and an alternative if available. Tenants can submit maintenance requests online, by email, or by contacting our office. Of course in the event of an emergency where health and safety of life or property are concerned, all bets are off and we will take action and contact you with progress reports.
What If A Tenant Needs Evicting?
Even though we will do everything possible to avoid problem tenants, sometimes an eviction is necessary. Ramona Property Managers will handle the whole process from contacting attorneys and making a court appearance on the owners behalf to attending the lock out. In many cases we even assist in filing for judgements and collections.
I am a Broker/Agent. Will Ramona Property Managers Compete For My Listings?
NO! Property Management is who we are and what we do. If you are a licensed Real Estate Broker or Sales Agent then read about our referral program and contact us today.
Can You Handle Maintenance on The Property?

Managers will schedule and supervise maintenance requests from tenants. 24 hour service
is available and if a property owner has their own maintenance crew-

Of course nothing is ever written in stone and fees can be negotiated, so Call Kenneth today for more information.
