§ Valid California ID

§ Active Military ID

§ Passport (with second form of ID)

ü Proof of Valid Social Security Number For All Residents Over The Age of 18-No Exceptions and No Photocopies.

ü Verifiable Source Of Income

§ Two Consecutive Paystubs

§ 2.5 Times Monthly Rent

ü Non-Refundable Application Fee of $35.00 per Application

§ Cash Or Money Order Only-No Personal Checks

ü Names, Ages, and Relationships Of All Residents

 

Credit and Background

ü Positive Credit Report

§ No Evictions

§ No Bankruptcies

§ No Judgments or Liens

§ No Collections

§ No Late Payments

ü Good History with Current/Previous Landlord

 

Security Deposit

ü Can Not Be Used For Last Month’s Rent

ü Usually Equal To One Month’s Rent

§ May Be Lower With Higher Credit Score
